- Contribute towards provision of essential community services, e.g. healthcare, education, environmental care, etc, through ad-hoc donations
- Facilitate development of small business and preferential procurement around the community Funding of community based initiatives will be provided through a community trust
- All community work will be based on a programme drawn-up by a forum representing the company and the respective members of the communities
Skills Development and Training
Munasi Civils is aiming to have capabilities to recruit, train and retain graduates and other key skills as part of its growth plans
- Explore and agree on ways to access and piggyback on WBHO’s established in-house training for all our staff
- In addition, look at possibility of using existing relationship with WBHO to develop a skills transfer plan
- Continuing with provision of on-the-job training of employees through interaction on site
- Munasi will investigate and provide an opportunity for employees to participate in ABET where found necessary
- Formalize arrangements that will allow implementation of mentorship programmes
- Munasi Civils periodically provides vocational training to students from Civil Engineering Institutions
